Our store is hosted on WooCommerce. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The items in your online shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until it is checked out.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made by FPX Payment (Financial Process Exchange) and any other methods which may be clearly stated on our site from time to time. You confirm that the credit card/debit card being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner to use it.

In addition, we will take reasonable care, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

REFUND POLICY

Our commitment to customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. That is why we have established a 30-day refund policy for our customers. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

REFUND PROCESS

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be informed that we DO NOT ACCEPT cancellation for any order once payment has been made. If you have made a mistake in your order, please feel free to contact our Admins via Whatsapp at +6019 284 4456 or via email at sales@jomlar.com for further action

VOUCHERS
The vouchers provide to you are non-transferable. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code or offers and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
