Tour Terms & Conditions

1.This package is inclusive of Safari Insta Tour for 40 minutes (9 am/11 am/2 pm/4 pm).

2. One (1) voucher is valid for one (1) redemption ONLY.

3. For Safari Insta Tour, kindly book your slots three (3) working days prior to your actual visit  First come, first served basis. Walk-ins will not be entertained.

4. Pregnant women, wheelchair users, and children below 3 years old are not advised to take this ride.

9:00 am – 5:00 pm

(Closed on Tuesdays EXCEPT during Malaysia public holidays and school holidays)

General T&C:

1. Only individuals who have completed the 14-day window of two-dose vaccination are allowed.

2. Voucher must be presented at the ticketing counter for verification purposes.

3. Voucher is NOT refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other forms of legal tender or voucher of other denominations.

4. Voucher is not valid with any other on-going promotions or discounts.

5. The Management of Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands reserve the right to vary and amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Please present PRINTED Travelog e-Voucher and your IC / passport to redeem upon check-in.
• Main Traveller’s name must be the same as your IC / passport ; incorrect names may cause invalidation of redemption
• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
