- Sunway Lagoon normal entrance ticket can be used for Sunway Night Park
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.
- Guests are solely responsible for their own belongings.
- Kindly note that there is a RM100 charge to switch from a local Malaysian ticket to a foreign national ticket for wrong purchases.
- The management of Sunway Lagoon will take strict action against anyone found reselling Sunway Lagoon tickets or wristbands.
- A maximum number of 10 tickets is allowed per traveling group. If you book more than 10 tickets per group, you will risk having your ticket rejected at the counter.
- Closed on Tuesday except School Holidays/Public Holidays
- Opening hour: 10AM - 11PM
- Admission to Sunway Lagoon night park is at 06.00pm

- The Quack Xpress is a charged service to Sunway Lagoon Malaysia’s guests. The price does not include the park’s admission tickets.
- The holder of the Quack Xpress is allowed to have priority access to a maximum of 20 different rides and attractions listed below.
- Certain rides and attractions may take time to access depending on seating capacity and time limitations.
- Certain rides and attractions may have different restrictions on age, height or usage. Guests must comply with all the rules and regulations to be eligible.
- The Quack Xpress is only valid on the date of entry and it is non-refundable.
- Quack Xpress is non-transferable and only valid for the purchaser. (You will not be able to share the wristband with a companion.)
- There is a limited number of available Quack Xpress pass in a day and sales may be suspended at any time without prior notice.
- Non-refundable, not exchangeable for cash & not applicable with other ongoing offers, events and/or promotions.
- Sunway Lagoon Malaysia Management reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or to terminate the Quack Xpress at any time without prior notice.
- Sunway Lagoon Malaysia Management reserves the right to close any of the listed rides or attractions for maintenance or any other reasons without prior notice.
- In the event of disputes, the decision of Sunway Lagoon Malaysia shall be FINAL.

Cancellation Policy

- All completed booking with payment via our website will be confirmed within 24-48 hours after your submission.Kindly be advise that our strategy partners has the right to reject your bookings shall they decide to do so or shall the date request not available as such we will inform you via email .
- All confirmed booking are strictly under No Cancellation Policy
- Once the tickets are scanned, tickets are not refundable and no changes can be allowed
