GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Tourism Tax (TTx) – All visitors are required to pay a Tourism Tax at MYR10.00 per room per night at the Resort upon check-in under the government law. Exemption is made for Malaysian citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia holding a valid identity card.
- All visitors entering Perhentian Islands are required to pay a Marine Park & Jetty Fee. Payment can be paid via Cash / Credit Card / Debit Card and payable at Kuala Besut Jetty Counter prior to entering the Jetty.
MARINE & JETTY ENTRANCE FEE
- MALAYSIAN: MYR10.00 adult / RM4.00 child (6 to 12 years) .
- NON-MALAYSIAN: MYR50.00 adult / MYR20.00 child (6 to 12 years).
- DISABLED: FREE ACCESS – MALAYSIAN.
- 00 adult for each counter
- Price subject to change based on relevant authorities involved
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME – RESORT
- Check-In Time : After 1500 hrs. (3:00 pm)
- Check-Out Time : Before 1200 hrs. (12:00 noon)
- Early Check-In or Late Check Out : May incur additional cost. (Depends on room availabilities)
CANCELLATION, AMENDMENT AND NO SHOW
- The term “CANCELLATION” herein includes amendment or partial reduction of number of rooms, night or person with or without the cancellation of the entire reservation made.
- Any “AMENDMENT” is subject to room’s availability/categories and rates differences, where applicable.
- No Show is subject to 100% cancellation fee for the entire stay period
SEA AND WEATHER CONDITION
- Accessibility to the resort is subject to the sea and weather condition.
- Resort is not responsible for any delay or stranded situation on the island or at Kuala Besut due to unfavorable sea or weather condition.
- Any additional cost incurred caused by this situation shall be paid by the guest there of, including but not limited to accommodation, meals, transportation arrangement, etc.
- Resort jetty is connected with MIMPI PERHENTIAN RESORT without crossing the beach / sand easy access.
