- Tourism Tax of RM 10 per room per night and 8% Sales & Service Tax (SST) is NOT INCLUDED in the rates quoted .
- Room rate DOES NOT INCLUDE Marine Park Conservation Fees. (Ticket available through Marine Park counters by the jetty).

CHECK-IN / OUT POLICY
Check-in time is after 3:00 pm. Check-out time is before 11.30am. Extension of check-out time up to 3:00 pm will be subject to a surcharge of 50% of the applicable room rates. Check-out after 3:00 pm will be charged to one night’s room charge. All extensions will be based on room availability only.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellation and revision of booking may be made in writing, by telephone or email. The following charges will apply:
- a) Cancellations made fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival will incur 50% charge.
- b) Cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge.
- c) Free Cancellation for more than 14 (days) prior to the date of arrival.
- Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Refunds will not be provided for no-shows, cancellations of boat transfers, accommodations, meals, or any other unused services.
- Refunds will not include differences in foreign exchange rates or bank charges for processing the refund.
- OMBAK is not liable for the cancellation of sea transfers, snorkeling trips, and diving trips due to weather conditions. OMBAK will not provide compensation for any issues arising from weather factors. The management of OMBAK reserves the right to withdraw, add, amend, modify, revise, or vary the rates, privileges, or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice or specific reason.
- Confirmed bookings are NON-TRANSFERABLE.

- Sales & Service Tax, Tourism tax, Personal and baggage insurance, beverages, gratuities and all other items of a personal nature.
BOAT TRANSFER FROM KUALA BESUT JETTY – OMBAK DIVE RESORT – KUALA BESUT JETTY
- Sharing Boat Two-way boat transfer: RM 70.00 nett per person.
- Private Boat Two-way boat transfer : RM 800.00 nett per boat. (maximum 12 person)
- Transfer is from Kuala Besut Jetty to Perhentian Island. The boat transfer is subject to change without prior notice.
- Boat Schedule from Kuala Besut Jetty : Earliest Boat is at 8.30am, Last boat is at 4.00pm. (exact time departure time subject to boat capacity.
- Boat Schedule from Ombak Dive Resort : 8.00am, 12.00pm, 4.00pm (Time are fixed)
