The Coral View Island Resort is happy to extend two weeks (14) days advance cancellation policy to these GIT/FIT JOMLAR TRAVEL & TOURS SDN. BHD. booking. If cancellation is made less than two weeks (14) days before JOMLAR TRAVEL & TOURS SDN. BHD. will be invoiced the full room amount indicated above. If we have not heard from JOMLAR TRAVEL & TOURS SDN. BHD. within two weeks (14) days in advance of their bookings, rooms will automatically be released by Coral View Island Resort.

GENERAL
When you register, you are required to provide information that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your information change, you may change it online or notify us through email. The account password should be unique and kept secure. For any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
To place an order with us, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Kindly consult with us first before proceeding for the booking. Proceeding with booking without our consent will render it void. The items in your online shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until it is checked out.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by FPX Payment (Financial Process Exchange) and any other methods which may be clearly stated on our site from time to time. You confirm that the credit card/debit card being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner to use it.
In addition, we will take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
REFUND POLICY

REFUND PROCESS
