- Upgrade Mykad Child to Mykad Adult: RM 50 per person
- Upgrade Mykad to Non-Mykad: RM 100 per person
- Mykad ticket is for Malaysia blue card or Mykid only
- Age Requirements:
- Adult rate is for ages 13 years old and above
- Child rate is for ages 12 years old and below or for Senior ages 60 years old and above
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Child rates apply to children above 90cm in height or age 12 years old (based on year of born) and below
- Child rate is not from 4 years old. But chargeable based on height - 90cm and above
- Free admission for children below 90cm in height
- All ages should be followed by the year of birth - Verification Procedure:
- IC and Passport authentication protocol for guests at the ticketing counter.

- If the name on the ticket is different from the name on the IC/Passport, the venue reserves the right to refuse admission without refund. - Re-entry to the park is not allowed and all park visitors’ wristband tags will be removed upon exit
- All wristband tags are only allowed entry only on the date of entry
- All transactions in the park are done via cash or E-load. E-load can be loaded at the Ticketing Counter
- Unused balance of E-load is able to get a refund on the same day at the Ticketing Counter before 7 pm * When using waterslides the following are not permitted: Jewelry of any kind, T-shirts and bathing suits with metal decoration, Cut-off jeans, Glasses, Use of slides are at your own risks.
- Sunway Lagoon reserves the right at its own discretion to carry out renovations and/or upgrading works as and when deemed necessary
- The management reserves the right to change the operation hours, close the park, rides, or attractions due to maintenance, inclement weather, special events, any circumstances beyond control, and cancel and/ or amend any activity without prior notice.
- Sunway Lagoon encourages guests to secure all valuables as the park cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen articles.
