1. Booking & Confirmation

• 1.1 All bookings are managed and confirmed by Jomlar Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.
• 1.2 A booking is only considered confirmed once full payment has been successfully received by Jomlar.
• 1.3 Availability is subject to room allocation and boat schedule at the time of booking.
• 1.4 Once payment is completed, a confirmation will be issued with travel details and instructions.

2. Payment Policy

• 2.1 All bookings require 100% full payment at the point of confirmation.
• 2.2 Payments must be made through the official payment method provided by Jomlar.
• 2.3 All confirmed payments are treated as acceptance of the full Terms & Conditions stated here.

3. Cancellation, Changes & Refund Policy

• 3.1 All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.
• 3.2 No refund will be provided under the following circumstances:

• Cancellation by customer

• No-show on travel date

• Late arrival resulting in missed boat transfer

• Early departure or unused services

• 3.3 Any request for date change is subject to availability and operational approval. Changes are not guaranteed.

4. Boat Transfer & Arrival Requirement

• 4.1 All guests must follow the fixed boat transfer schedule provided in the confirmation.
• 4.2 Boat transfers operate only within designated hours for safety reasons.
• 4.3 Guests must arrive at the jetty at least 30–45 minutes earlier before departure time.
• 4.4 Failure to arrive on time may result in missing the boat transfer, and no replacement or refund will be provided.
• 4.5 Guests are strongly advised to plan arrival in Semporna earlier to avoid delays.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

• 5.1 Standard check-in and check-out times will follow the arrangement stated in your booking confirmation.
• 5.2 Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and operational conditions.

6. Package Inclusions

6.1 The package includes:

• Accommodation at Maglami Lami Waterhouse

• Scheduled boat transfers (jetty ↔ waterhouse)

• Meals as per itinerary

• Selected activities (if stated in package details)

6.2 The following are not included unless stated:

• Personal expenses

• Additional activities not listed

• Beverages or special meal requests

7. Activities & Itinerary Adjustment

7.1 All activities are subject to weather, sea conditions, and safety considerations.

7.2 Jomlar reserves the right to:

• Adjust timing

• Replace activities

• Modify itinerary

7.3 Adjustments are made to ensure smooth operation and safety of all guests.

8. Accommodation & Facilities

8.1 The waterhouse is a nature-based overwater accommodation with basic and functional facilities.

8.2 Electricity and water supply may be limited based on operational conditions.

8.3 Guests are encouraged to bring personal essentials for comfort.

9. Child Policy

9.1 Child rate and arrangement are based on:

• Age category

• Bed sharing configuration

• Room capacity

9.2 Final arrangement will be stated during booking confirmation.

10. Safety & Responsibility

10.1 Guests are required to follow all instructions given by:

• Boat operators

• Activity coordinators

• Resort team

10.2 Jomlar acts as the coordinator of this package. All activities are carried out by appointed operators.

10.3 Guests are responsible for their own belongings throughout the trip.

11. Environmental Responsibility

11.1 Guests are expected to respect the natural environment:

• Do not damage coral reefs

• Do not litter

• Follow eco-guidelines provided

12. General Conditions

12.1 Jomlar reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to ensure the trip runs smoothly.

12.2 By proceeding with payment, customers acknowledge and agree to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
