ALL-RUSHD Homestay is located at Parit 2 Barat, Sungai Besar, surrounded by lush paddy fields.
2. What types of accommodations are available?
There are 3 units in total:
• 1 Studio unit (Wooden House)
• 2 Roomstay units (Brick House)
Guests can book individually or take the full homestay for more savings.
3. What is the maximum occupancy?
The full homestay can accommodate up to 10–15 people comfortably.
4. Is the swimming pool private?
Yes. A private pool is available for guests, complete with kickboard and child-friendly features.
5. What facilities are available in the Studio unit?
• Queen bed, single bed, extra mattress
• 2 air-conditioners
• Sofa, coffee table, fridge, iron & board
• Kitchen appliances (rice cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine, air fryer, blender, etc.)
• Baby cradle, water filter, and cleaning tools
• Large verandah with mats included
6. What do the Roomstay units offer?
• Each room has a queen bed, aircond, private bathroom
• Extra pillows, blankets, towels
• Clothes rack, sejadah, kettle, cups, and utensils

7. Is cooking allowed?
Yes. A complete kitchen is available with stove, utensils, outdoor BBQ area, and sink.
8. Is parking provided?
Yes. Gated parking is available inside and outside the compound.

10. Is the homestay family-friendly?
Yes. It is suitable for large families, with baby cradle, baby chair, pool, and open space for kids.
11. What are the check-in and check-out times?
• Check-in: 2:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM
12. Can we book all units at once?
Yes. Full homestay bookings are encouraged for larger groups – it’s more cost-effective and private.
1. Booking & Guest Policy
• All bookings are by advance reservation only.
• Full name and contact details are required for confirmation.
• Maximum occupancy must not exceed the allowed guest limit.
• Guests are responsible for the behaviour of everyone in their group.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: 2:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM
• Late check-out is subject to availability and may be charged.
3. Usage of Facilities
• All appliances and amenities must be used responsibly.
• Facilities include private pool, BBQ area, kitchen, fishing tools, bicycles, and indoor games.
• Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool and fishing areas.
4. Cleanliness & Damages
• Guests must maintain cleanliness throughout their stay.
• Any damage or loss of property must be reported immediately.
• The management reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements.
5. Kitchen & Cooking
• Guests are allowed to cook using the provided kitchen equipment.
• Please clean up after use and handle items with care.
6. Parking & Safety
• Parking is available inside the gated compound and outside.
• The management is not liable for theft or damage to vehicles.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
• Last-minute cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
• Booking is considered confirmed once payment is made.
8. House Rules
• No smoking inside the rooms.
• No pets allowed.
• No loud parties or gatherings without prior consent.
• Respect the privacy and comfort of surrounding residents.
9. Management Rights
• Management has the right to refuse or cancel bookings at any time in cases of rule violations.
• Inspection may be conducted during stay with notice for safety or maintenance purposes.
