• The homestay owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or theft.
• Children must be supervised at all times, especially at the playground and laundry area.
7. Cancellation & No-Show
• All confirmed bookings are final.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
8. Management Rights
• The owner reserves the right to decline or terminate a stay if rules are violated.
• Entry for inspection may be done with notice if necessary.
