1. Check-In & Check-Out

Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur RM50/hour charge.
2. Booking & Payment

Booking is confirmed upon receiving a 50% deposit.

The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in.

Payment is accepted via online bank transfer.

Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed upon by the host.
3. Guest Policy

The homestay is suitable for Muslim families, married couples (mahram), or same-gender groups.

Unmarried mixed-gender couples are not allowed.

Management reserves the right to refuse check-in if this rule is violated.
4. Occupancy & Additional Guests

Maximum occupancy: 6–8 guests.

Floor mattresses (toto), pillows, and blankets are available upon request and may be charged separately.

Any extra guests must be informed in advance.
5. House Rules

6. Use of Facilities

All facilities including kitchen, rooftop, bicycles, fishing area, and BBQ pit are for registered guests only.

Guests are responsible for handling all items and furniture with care.

BBQ area must be cleaned after use. Charcoal is not provided.
7. Damage & Cleanliness

Guests are fully responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, appliances, or lost items.

A cleaning fee may apply if the house is left excessively dirty.

Any damage will be assessed and charged accordingly.
8. Liability & Safety

The management is not liable for any personal injury, accident, loss, or damage during your stay.

Parents must supervise children, especially on the rooftop and near outdoor areas.

Vehicles are parked at guests’ own risk.
9. Cancellation Policy

More than 7 days before check-in: Deposit can be rescheduled to a new date (within 3 months).

Less than 7 days before check-in: Deposit is non-refundable.

No-show without notice: Full deposit will be forfeited.
10. Right to Refuse or Terminate Stay

The host reserves the right to cancel or terminate any stay without refund if guests:
