1. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM

  • Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges (RM50/hour).

2. Booking & Payment

  • Booking is confirmed with a 50% deposit.

  • Balance payment must be made upon check-in.

  • Payments are accepted via online transfer.

  • Booking is non-transferable unless approved in advance.

3. Guest Policy

  • Homestay is strictly for Muslim guests only.

  • Only married couples, family members (mahram), or same-gender groups are allowed.

  • Unmarried mixed-gender couples are not permitted.

  • Management reserves the right to deny entry for any breach.

4. Occupancy & Extra Guests

  • Maximum occupancy: 8–10 guests including children.

  • Additional bedding (single bed, toto, pillow) is subject to availability.

  • Extra guests must be informed in advance; charges may apply.

5. House Rules

❌ No smoking inside the house
❌ No pets allowed
❌ No alcohol, drugs, or non-halal items
✅ Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM
✅ Keep noise at a minimum to respect the local community

6. Facilities Usage

  • All facilities are for registered guests only.

  • Guests are responsible for keeping the house clean and using all amenities with care.

  • Guests must clean up after using kitchen and BBQ area (charcoal not provided).

  • Washing machine, TV, iron, refrigerator, and cooking tools are provided for self-use.

7. Damage & Cleanliness

  • Guests are liable for any damages to furniture, appliances, or property.

  • A cleaning fee may be charged if the unit is left in poor condition.

  • Any lost items or misuse of property will be charged accordingly.

8. Liability & Safety

  • Management is not responsible for loss of items, accidents, or injuries during the stay.

  • Guests are advised to lock all doors and secure belongings at all times.

  • Vehicles parked at the premises are at the guest’s own risk.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation more than 7 days before check-in: deposit can be transferred to another date (within 3 months).

  • Cancellation within 7 days: deposit is non-refundable.

  • No-show without notice: deposit forfeited.

10. Right to Refuse or Terminate Stay

  • Management reserves the right to cancel or terminate any booking without refund if house rules or Islamic guest policy is violated.
