2. Booking & Payment

Booking is confirmed upon a 50% deposit payment.

Full balance must be settled upon check-in.

Booking is non-transferable unless approved by the management.
3. Eligibility & Guest Policy

This homestay is strictly for Muslim guests only.

Only married couples, families (mahram) or same-gender groups are allowed.

Unmarried mixed-gender couples are not permitted.

The management reserves the right to deny entry if this policy is breached.
4. Maximum Occupancy & Visitors

The house accommodates up to the stated guest limit (as per agreement).

Extra guests or unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior approval.

Charges may apply for additional bedding or amenities requested.
5. House Rules & Prohibited Conduct
❌ No loud noise or music after 11:00 PM
❌ No alcohol or non-halal items allowed
❌ No smoking inside the house
❌ No pets allowed
✅ Respect the neighbourhood and community surroundings
6. Facilities Usage

All provided amenities (kitchen, appliances, smart TV, iron, etc.) are for guest use only.

Guests are responsible for handling all items with care.

Extra pillows, towels, and toto are available upon request (charges may apply).

Misuse or damage to facilities will result in repair/replacement charges.
7. Cleanliness & Property Condition

Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness throughout the stay.

Trash must be properly disposed of before check-out.

A cleaning surcharge will be applied for units left in unsatisfactory condition.
8. Security & Liability

Management is not liable for any injuries, theft, or accidents during the stay.

Guests are advised to lock all doors and secure belongings properly.

Park vehicles at own risk.
9. Cancellation & Refund

7 days before check-in: Deposit may be transferred to a new date (within 3 months).

Less than 7 days before check-in: Deposit is non-refundable.

No-shows without notice: Full deposit forfeited.
10. Right to Refuse or Terminate

The management reserves the right to refuse check-in or terminate stay without refund if guests:
