Private Pool Homestay – Kampung Style

1. How many houses are available?

→ We have 2 separate houses, each with its own private pool.

2. What is the sleeping arrangement?

House 1

  • Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed

  • Bedroom 2: 1 Double decker + 1 Single bed

  • Air-conditioning in both rooms

House 2

  • Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed

  • Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed

  • Air-conditioning in both rooms

3. What is the maximum number of guests per house?

→ Each house can accommodate up to 6–8 guests comfortably. For more than that, please inform us in advance.

4. Is the homestay Muslim-friendly?

→ Yes. We only accept Muslim guests. Suitable for families, married couples (mahram), or same-gender groups.

5. Is cooking allowed?

→ Yes. Basic kitchen equipment is provided. You are free to cook during your stay.

6. Is BBQ available?

→ Yes. A BBQ pit is provided for each house. Charcoal is not included.

7. Is there a fishing area?

→ Yes! You can enjoy fishing in the nearby river — a peaceful kampung-style experience.

8. Is motorbike provided for guests?

→ Yes. A motorbike is available for short trips like going to the nearby mosque.

9. Any nearby attractions?

→ Yes, just minutes away:

  • Friday, Saturday & Sunday village markets

  • 1 km to the beach

  • 1 km to Faredah Mentarang seafood

  • 500m to Nasi Lemak Heaven

  • 100m to the nearest mosque

  • Nearby laundromat, eateries & family spots

10. What are the check-in & check-out times?

Private Pool Homestay – Kampung Style
Muslim Guests Only

1. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM

  • Check-out: 12:00 PM

  • Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a charge (RM50/hour).

2. Booking & Payment

  • Booking is confirmed upon a 50% deposit.

  • The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in.

  • Payments are accepted via online bank transfer.

  • Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed by the host.

3. Guest Policy

  • This homestay is strictly for Muslim guests only.

  • Only married couples, family members (mahram), or same-gender groups are allowed.

  • Mixed-gender groups without mahram are not permitted.

  • Management reserves the right to deny entry if this rule is violated.

4. Occupancy & Extra Guests

  • Each house is suitable for 6–8 guests.

  • Additional guests must be informed in advance.

  • Extra mattress, pillow, or "toto" (floor bedding) is available upon request and may be charged separately.

5. House Rules

❌ No pets allowed
❌ No alcohol or non-halal items
❗ Quiet hours after 11:00 PM
✅ Respect neighbours and maintain a peaceful environment

6. Use of Facilities

  • All provided facilities (private pool, BBQ pit, kitchen, motorbike, fishing area) are for registered guests only.

  • Use all facilities responsibly and at your own risk.

  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after using the kitchen and BBQ area.

  • Charcoal for BBQ is not provided.

7. Damage & Cleanliness

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or appliances.

  • A cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left excessively dirty.

  • Lost or damaged items will be charged accordingly.

8. Liability & Safety

  • The management is not liable for any personal injury, accident, loss of belongings, or damages during your stay.

  • Vehicles parked on the premises are at the guest’s own risk.

  • Parents must supervise children at the private pool at all times.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 7 days before check-in: Deposit may be rescheduled to a new date (within 3 months).

  • Less than 7 days before check-in: Deposit is non-refundable.

  • No-show without notice: Full deposit will be forfeited.

10. Right to Refuse or Terminate Stay

  • Management reserves the right to cancel or terminate any stay without refund if:

    • Guests break Islamic guest policy

    • House rules are not followed

    • Disturbance or misconduct occurs
