Hotel Terms & Conditions

1. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM

  • Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges (RM50/hour).

2. Booking & Payment

  • Booking is confirmed upon a 50% deposit.

  • Balance payment must be made upon check-in.

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer or online banking only.

  • Booking is non-transferable without prior consent.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 7 days before check-in: Deposit may be transferred to a new date (valid within 6 months).

  • Less than 7 days before check-in: Deposit is non-refundable.

  • No-show without notice: Full deposit will be forfeited.

4. Occupancy & Guest Policy

  • Wooden House maximum capacity: 15 guests

  • Tiny House maximum capacity: 2 guests

  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

  • Unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior approval.

  • Additional guests may incur extra charges.

5. Use of Facilities

  • All facilities including the swimming pool, BBQ pit, bicycles, and kitchen are provided for registered guests only.

  • Guests are advised to use all facilities at their own risk.

  • No lifeguard is present at the swimming pool — children must be supervised at all times.

  • Facilities such as tuk-tuk rides, double-decker village bus, and ATV are subject to advance request and availability.

6. Damage, Cleanliness & Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the property or its contents.

  • A penalty charge may apply for broken items, stained linens, or damage to furnishings.

  • Please leave the unit in a clean and orderly condition.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all buildings.

7. Noise, Pets & Conduct

❌ No loud music or parties allowed after 11:00 PM
❌ No alcohol or illegal substances allowed
❌ Pets are not allowed inside the homestay
✅ Please respect the peace of the village environment

8. Security & Liability

  • CCTV is installed in outdoor public areas for safety purposes.

  • Management is not liable for any injury, loss, theft, or accidents during your stay.

  • Parking is available within the premises; park at your own risk.

9. Right to Refuse or Terminate Stay

  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay if any guest breaches the terms, behaves inappropriately, or causes nuisance.

  • In such cases, no refund will be given.
