1. Check-In & Check-Out

Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges (RM50/hour).
2. Booking & Payment

Booking is confirmed upon 50% deposit payment.

Full payment must be made upon check-in.

Deposit is non-refundable for last-minute cancellations (see below).

No instalment payments are allowed.
3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 7 days before check-in: deposit may be transferred to another date (within 6 months).

Cancellations within 7 days: deposit is forfeited.

No-show without prior notice: full deposit is forfeited.
4. Guest Limit & Conduct

Each unit is for registered guests only.

Maximum occupancy per unit must be followed.

No unregistered guests or external visitors allowed without permission.

Homestay is intended for family and leisure stay only – no loud parties or rowdy gatherings.
5. Damage, Cleanliness & Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage to property or facilities.

A cleaning surcharge may apply if the unit is left in poor condition.

Please keep the premises clean and respect the facilities provided.
6. Facilities Usage

All facilities including kitchen, picnic space, fishing pond, BBQ set, bicycle, and TREM ride are to be used at guest’s own risk.

Facilities such as BBQ/Oden sets and TREM rides are available upon request and subject to availability.

Management will not be held liable for injuries, losses or accidents occurring on the premises.
7. Prohibited Activities
❌ No smoking inside the house
❌ No pets allowed
❌ No alcohol or illegal substances
❌ No loud music or noise after 11:00 PM
8. Homestay Rights

Management reserves the right to cancel or terminate any booking without refund if house rules are violated.

In case of serious misconduct or property damage, the stay may be ended immediately.
9. Security & Communication

CCTV is installed in public outdoor areas for security purposes.
