BOOKING TERM & CONDITIONS
Request for Date Amendment or Postponement booking can be made one time within seven (7) days before travel date with reasonable reason and depends on the room availabilities and peak surcharge apply. The new travel date is valid until October 2025 only. Otherwise, the deposit/full payment will be non-refundable. The resort reserves the right to alter, amend, delete, or add the conditions or withdraw the package with seven (7) days notice.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check-in time (room) is at 1400hrs and Check-out time (room) is at 1100hrs. Early check-in and Late check-out are subject to availability of room. Late check-out between 1100hrs - 1400hrs will be charged MYR 100.00 per room. Exceeding check-out time after 1400hrs will be charged as additional one (1) room night charges.

- No pets allowed and guest is Not allowed to bring all electrical appliances such as electric kettle, rice cooker, iron, portable stove and hair dryer.
- There is No television (TV) in the room/chalet and we do Not have lift in our building.
- Free WI-FI access at the lobby area only.
- Room service is Not provided. Make up room service is available upon request within 0800hrs - 1600hrs everyday and once a day.
- Guest shall take all reasonable and proper care of the room and its furniture, amenities, fittings and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same state of condition as at the commencement of the stay period. The resort reserves the right to charge accordingly if any damage caused by guest to our belongings before check-out.
- Our property is Non-alcohol area and smoking is Prohibited inside all AC rooms, hall and restaurant/dining area. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of MYR 500.00.
- The resort will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to the guest's belongings.
