Exchange Rate
- For non-Malaysian, rates quoted and confirmed in non-local currencies will be converted to local currency by the Property at your time of payment, based on the exchange rate used by the Property and subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Force Majeure
- We are not liable for any change or cancellation of any reservation that is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences, or causes beyond the control of the Property. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, terrorist activities, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, fire and explosions.
Tour Terms & Conditions
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION
- All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
- Rates will be applicable for reservations made directly with or through JOMLAR TRAVEL only.
- Subject to any Tourism Tax if implemented by the government.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records, our official records shall control. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited.
- Private Chartered Boat upon request.
- Marine Park Conservation Fees - Refer to Marine Park upon arrival at Kuala Besut Jetty.
- The Resort accepts no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and cannot be held liable for any loss of baggage or personal items, injury or death resulting from activities in which the participants undertake willingly.
- The Resort reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Optional activities available on request.
- The rates are subject to acceptance of our terms & conditions.
RESERVATIONS PROCEDURES
- The Tour Operator will direct all FIT and GIT reservations to the hotel’s reservations department or through its approved sales office.
- All room reservations are subject to availability and confirmation of the hotel.
- Unless flight details are advised, the hotel reserves the right to hold reservations till 1800 hours, on the arrival date.
CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT TIME
- Check in time: 1500 hour
- Check out time: 1100 hours
- Late check-out from 1100 hours to 1600 hours on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of contract rates, subject to room availability.
CANCELLATION
No-show guests will be charged 100% of the total cost.
