GENERAL TERMS & CONDITION
- Rate for the room, meal and package are subject to 8% SST (NOT INCLUSIVE). Room and package rate not include tourism tax (RM 10/night),.
- The Tourism Tax applies to foreign tourists (RM 10/room/night).
- Hotel Rate DOES NOT include marine park conservation fees (ticket available at counter by the jetty). (Non-Malaysian RM 30/adult, RM 15/Child)
- Majlis Daerah Fee - Non Malaysian (RM 20 /Adult)
- Child rate applicable for child age 3 to 11years old
- The above rates are applicable to both FIT/GIT travelers.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice. Reservations subject to availability and or confirmation on first come first serve basis. Room booking must include the boat transfer. All the rate are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
- The check in time is 0200pm and Check out time is 1100am. Due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen operational conditions, the chalet reserves the right to alter or cancel any itinerary or tours without compensation. The management accents no liabilities for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other service providers and cannot be held liable for loss of baggage or personal belongings, illness, injuries or loss of life resulting from activities beyond our control.
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW
- There would be no refunds for cancellation after the tour has commenced or for any tours, transfer, accommodation, meals or any other services provided not utilized.
RESERVATION/PAYMENT
- Cozy Chalet reserved the right to cancel any reservation without notice if payment is not made within 2 weeks after reservation has been made.
- Cozy Chalet reserves the right to collect directly from the guess any payment that is not prepaid by the agent concerned.
