1. Room Pricing & Child Policy
1.1 Children aged 4 – 11 years old receive a 50% discount from the adult price.

3. Meals & Resort Amenities
3.1 Meals

Guests are required to follow the meal schedule. Meals that are missed due to late arrival, early departure, or other personal reasons will not be replaced.
Additional food may be ordered from the resort restaurant outside scheduled meal times, subject to the restaurant’s operating hours.
3.2 Resort Amenities

Guests may also enjoy unlimited snorkelling around the resort area between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Basic snorkelling equipment is provided.
All water activities are undertaken at the guest’s own responsibility.
The resort provides 24-hour electricity, although occasional interruptions may occur due to circumstances beyond the resort’s control.
4. Alcohol Policy
Dayang Resort maintains a strict no-alcohol policy.
Guests are not allowed to bring, store, or consume alcoholic beverages within the resort premises.
If alcoholic drinks are found:

A MYR 300 penalty may be imposed
5. Check-In, Check-Out & Boat Transfer
Guests must arrive at Seafest Jetty before 2:00 PM for check-in and boat boarding.
Boat Transfer Schedule
Boat travel time is approximately 10 – 15 minutes one way.
Transfer schedules are fixed.
Requests for transfers outside the scheduled times will incur an additional fee of MYR 100 per way.
If guests miss the scheduled boat departure, a new boat arrangement will be required and a MYR 100 rescheduling fee will apply.
Boat schedules may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions or operational reasons for safety purposes.
6. Activities & Water Safety
Swimming, snorkelling and water activities are allowed only between:
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Participation in any activity is at the guest’s own risk, and guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the resort staff.
7. Airport Transfers
Airport transfers can be arranged upon request and are subject to additional charges.
If there are any flight schedule changes, guests must inform Jomlar Travel as soon as possible so that airport transfer arrangements can be adjusted accordingly.
8. Date Changes
Date changes are allowed under the following conditions:

A MYR 100 fee per room will apply.
The new travel date must:
Be within 6 months from the original arrival date
Be subject to room availability and current resort rates
Guests may also convert their booking into an open-date credit by paying MYR 800 per room, which allows the stay to be rescheduled within one year from the original travel date.
Requests made less than one month before arrival will only be considered in genuine emergency situations and may require supporting documents.
9. Cancellation Policy
All bookings are strictly non-refundable.
Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been made, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, including cancellation, no-show, or unused services.
10. Unforeseeable Circumstances
If the resort is unable to operate due to unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance issues or operational limitations, guests may receive a full refund of the amount paid, provided valid reasons are given by the resort.
11. Room Arrangement
Dayang Resort reserves the right to adjust room assignments when necessary to optimise resort operations.
Guests may request preferred room arrangements; however, all requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
12. Government Travel Restrictions
In the event of government travel restrictions (such as Movement Control Orders), guests may postpone their stay subject to availability and price adjustments.
Deposits will be retained and applied to the rescheduled booking.
Refunds will not be provided under these circumstances.
13. Force Majeure
Force Majeure refers to events beyond the reasonable control of the resort, including but not limited to:

14. Modification of Terms & Conditions
Jomlar Travel reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
