- Company reserve to change the tentative Itinerary without early notification due to many factors such as weather of the day, traffic and road safety.
- We can discuss on setting the meeting point outside Kuala Lumpur, additional surcharge be charge in accordingly.
- Service by air-conditioned minivan, van or bus will depend on the number of visitors.
- All rates refer in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) & exclusive of Sales and Service Tax (SST).
- All rates mentioned are exclusive of Tourism Tax RM10 per room per night (for non-Malaysian).
- All of unused services are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-deductible.
- Full Charges will apply to no show or cancelation.
- Postponements of Trip: We need at least 1 Month any changes or postponements before trip commence date. Partially payment minus the deposit will be refund if cancellation at least 1 Month before trip commence date.
- The booking is CONFIRMED once we have received full payment except, we mention it.
- Any type of amendment is allowed 14 days before from the travel date with charge MYR 100.00 per person for management purpose.
- Cancellation or amendment made after full payment received will not be refundable.
- The management excludes liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and shall not be held liable for loss of baggage or personal belonging, illness, injury or death resulting from activities which are beyond the management control.
- The management has right to make any type of modification of the itinerary or cancel a tour due to unforeseen operational condition.
