1. Non-Refundable Policy

3. Amendments & Changes
Any request for travel date changes or passenger amendments is subject to airline and supplier approval and may incur additional charges.
4. Minimum Group Requirement
The tour operates subject to a minimum number of participants. Alternative arrangements may be proposed if the minimum requirement is not met.
5. Unused Services
No refund will be provided for any unused portion of the itinerary, including missed tours, transfers, or accommodation.
6. Travel Documents Responsibility
Participants must ensure passport validity of at least six months and comply with Schengen visa requirements where applicable.
7. Operational Conditions Clause
Certain activities may be adjusted due to weather conditions, transport schedules, or local regulations to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the tour.
