- Ticket is valid for non Malaysian tourist
- Ticket is valid for one time entry only.
- The surcharge of RM 20.00 (Adult) or RM 16.00 (Child) will be charged to customers who failed to present their Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad/MyKid) during redemption of Malaysian tickets category.
- Child below 3 years old or below 90 cm in height is free of charge.
- You must present a valid ticket to gain admission to the attraction. Admission to the attraction will only be granted for the validity period stated on the ticket.
- Entry will not be allowed for an invalid ticket that is already redeemed, collected, consumed, lost or has expired. It will not be replaced, no refund will be provided.
- The attraction reserves the right to request personal identification or proof of nationality before granting admission to the attraction. Access may be denied if ticket conditions of sale have not been met.
