• Ticket Valid on selected date
• Malaysian rates are valid for Malaysian Citizen ONLY with a Malaysian Identification Card. Guest are required to provide their physical Malaysian Identification Card for verification purpose prior to park admission.
• Non-Malaysian rates are for International travelers.
• In the event of a wrong ticket purchased, guest is required to top up the difference against the Walk-In rate for park entry.
• Adult above 110cm // Child limit 90cm-110cm // Senior aged 60 above
• Child ticket is not based on AGE but with Heights i.e. Child above 110CM have to purchase Adult ticket.
• Customer is to refer back to the online channels where they buy the ticket from. Genting SkyWorld will not allow customer to enter the park if customer bought wrong ticket.
• Subjected to rides available on the day of visit.
• Certain rides, attractions, entertainment, restaurants, or other offerings may be unavailable, modified or operating at reduced capacity.
• Definitions of Tickets: FREE park admission applies to children below 90cm in height Standard: Guest with a height above 110cm Senior: Guests aged 60 years or above Guests with Disabilities: Guests with disability certificates
• The use of the venue Ticket(s) and/or entry to Genting SkyWorlds implies your acceptance of the General Ticketing Terms & Conditions and Rules & Regulations.
• No request for change of the validity date of the purchased Tickets shall be entertained.
• The Tickets are strictly non-transferable, not for re-sale, exchange and/or non-refundable under any circumstances, including external factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g. haze, inclement weather, governmental acts, acts of God, riots or strikes) and will be void if altered, defaced and/or tampered.
• All guest(s) must retain their confirmation email(s) for inspection purposes when required. The Management reserves the right to:
  a. request additional information or proof of identity from you in order to verify confirmation email(s); and
  b. deny your entry if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if the transaction is deemed fraudulent in our reasonable opinion.
• If there is any conflict or inconsistency between English and other translations of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
• All guest(s) must comply with the terms and conditions stipulated and adhere to all Genting SkyWorlds’ Rules and Regulation as stipulated in www.gentingskyworlds.com/rules-regulations.
• Other operating Terms and Conditions may apply.
• The ‘Rainy Day Guarantee’ can only be used once per original ticket transaction.
• Free return tickets will be given only upon presentation of the original ticket and the Genting SkyWorlds mobile app push notification from your first visit.
• Incomplete requirements will result in a denial of the free return tickets.
• Free return tickets are valid when it rains continuously for an hour.
• Rain is recorded during regular Genting SkyWorlds opening hours and does not include Resorts World Genting or Genting Highlands Premium Outlet locations.
• Weather conditions will be recorded by Genting SkyWorlds, and our decision will be final.
• No cash alternative is available, and tickets cannot be sold or exchanged.
• The Rainy Day Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, and the return visit is subject to availability at the time of rebooking.
• Should it rain on your return visit, tickets will not be transferable, and no further free visits will be offered. Other products and purchases made at the time of the original booking are excluded (such as car parking, Skyway, Photo+, VQ).
• Only tickets purchased via the Genting SkyWorlds website, the Resorts World Genting website, and on-premise Ticketing Counter, Self-Service Ticketing Kiosk and authorized and appointed Online Travel Agents (OTAs) / Agents by Resorts World Genting are applicable for our ‘Rainy Day Guarantee’.
• Certain ticket types such as complimentary, annual passes, multi-day, combo packages, or corporate event packaged products are excluded from this offer.
