- Guest who aged 3 years old and below free of charge.
- Ticket is valid for single redemption and entry. All tickets purchased must be redeemed at any one time and there is no partial redemption are allowed.
- This ticket only applicable for the Non Malaysian. Identification is required.
- Unauthorized flying drone are not allowed within kl tower premise.
- If guest have already redeemed voucher and faced cases of inclement weather on the day of visit, they may inform the staff at KL Tower and revisit on the following day for free.
- For the safety of all guests, the open-air Sky Deck and Sky Box will not be open in cases of inclement weather.
- For safety and security purposes, no personal bags (including laptop bags), or backpacks are permitted at the Sky Deck area.
- Permitted items allowed must fit into these dimensions: 16" x 16" x 8".
- For group visits of more than 100 pax on the same day, shall inform LSHSM at least 2 working days in advance. LSHSM reserves its right to refuse entry to such Customers if such prior written notice has not been provided to LSHSM.
- Please be informed that for refund considerations, once a customer has scanned their ticket, they are required to proceed to the KL Tower ticket counter to obtain a slip/form in order to reschedule their visit within seven (7) days from their original visit date. Kindly note that no monetary refunds will be provided in the event of rain.
