- All travelers to the island, must pay a Marine Park Conservation Charge (Marine Park Ticket) of RM5 for locals and RM30 for foreigners. This ticket is paid at Marine Park counter in the Kuala Besut Jetty, so pay this before you get on the boat.

- Departure time: 9.00am to 03.00 pm.
- You will need to wait next boat for each session. No specific time for boat. Usually waiting time is 30 minutes to 1 hours and 30 minutes depends on the boat. You need to confirm the date one day before to the boat provider.
