- Operation hour for Monday - Thursday is from 10.00 AM – 6.00 PM

- Operation hour for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays is from 10.00 AM – 10.00 PM

- Riders must be at least 135cm tall to take the Sky-ride alone.

- Children between 85-135cm in height must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 years and above.

- Last Admission is 2 hours before closing time.
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, wheelchair users, and individuals with walking disabilities, motion sickness, and heart or back problems.

- For the Luge, riders must be at least 110cm tall to ride the Luge alone.

- Children between 85-110cm in height can ride in tandem with a paying adult but need to buy the ticket directly onsite.

- For Skyride, riders must be at least 135cm tall to take the Skyride alone.

- Children between 85-135cm in height must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 years and above.
