- Kindly note that Sunway Lagoon Night Park tickets are not valid on specific blackout dates, including but not limited to festive seasons such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, as well as during the Nights Of Fright event period, and other related functions. During such dates, festive or event rates may apply.
- Please note, effective from 1 January 2024 Day Pass entitles all 6 parks to exclude for Go- Kart, G- Force, Bungy Jump, Fun Fair, and Paddle boat (optional activities).
- Please be informed that Sunway Lagoon is upgrading the Surf Beach Entrance with immediate effect, guest are advised to use Sunway Lagoon Main Entrance.

- Age Requirements:
- Child rate is for ages 12 years old and below or for Senior ages 60 years old and above.
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Child rates apply to children above 90cm in height or age 12 years old (based on year of born) and below.
- Child rate is not from 4 years old. But chargeable based on height - 90cm and above.
- Free admission for children below 90cm in height.
- All ages should be followed by the year of birth. - Verification Procedure:
- IC and Passport authentication protocol for guests at the ticketing counter.
- Ticket confirmation guidelines for Adult, Child, and Senior guests.
- Please note cashier reserves the right to reject redemption as the information provided does not match/is unclear.
- If the name on the ticket is different from the name on the IC/Passport, the venue reserves the right to refuse admission without a refund. - This E-Ticket(s) is only valid on the selected date of visit and no exchange of date is allowed.

- Kindly scan the barcode at the turnstile to enter. Wristbands will be issued by the automated printed upon-entry.
- Guest advised to stay thought to enjoy night park facilities till event end. In-park guests can enjoy the night park starting at 6 pm till night.
- Quack Express is not applicable during Night Park.
- Admission tickets are applicable during Sunway Lagoon Night Park, not apply for any events/concerts/special occasions.
- In the event of unplanned weather such as thunderstorms, outdoor attractions will be closed for guests' safety. There will be no refunds in the event of inclement weather.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the park, except for infants or special medical needs. Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited.
