- Ticket valid 90 days from the date of purchase.
- Adult 130cm and above
- Children with a height of 131cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
- Children with a height of 89cm and below can enter free of charge.
- Children with a height of 90cm to 130cm are eligible for child ticket category.
- Senior ticket valid for 60 Years old above
- Ticket valid for Malaysian and Foreign Visitors
- Each ticket is valid for a single-entry only and may not be reused
- Our rate is applicable throughout Weekdays & Weekends, Public Holidays & School Holidays.
- Waterpark are closed on every Wednesday, except on School Holidays & Public Holidays.
- Children tickets bought for those that exceed 130cm will not be entertained. New adult tickets need to be purchased in order to enter the park.
- Rates quoted exclude the rental of Cabana, Tubes and Lockers.
- Waterpark customers will enjoy the waterpark facilities and rides from 10.00am to 6.00pm everyday, including on Weekends, School Holidays and Public Holidays.
- All monies paid shall not be refunded in lieu of the Park(s) closure for: Slides and rides for maintenance, bad weather and/or due to unforeseen circumstances, safety issues governing the parks employees or the patrons, change in entry fee or another other governing matter does not state therein.
