Where and when should guests register on the first day?
- Guests are required to register at 10:30 AM at the Perhentian Island Resort office at Kuala Besut Jetty. Timely registration is important to ensure a smooth boat transfer to the island.
Is early check-in available on Day 1?
How many snorkeling trips are included in this package?
This package includes two (2) snorkeling trips:

Both snorkeling sessions are part of the 3 Days 2 Nights Snorkeling Full Board package.
Tour Terms & Conditions
RATES
- All rates quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
- Rates quoted are only applicable for reservations made directly at the Kuala Lumpur Sales Office.
- Should any Government authorities in Malaysia increase or decrease the percentage of tax collected on room and/ or meals and/ or service charge, Perhentian Island Resort (“PIR”) reserves the right to adjust the rates within the agreed period in accordance to alterations to the prevailing government tax and service charge.
Package prices are quoted on the basis that the guest takes all the services stated in the package. There is no refund for any non-utilized of services in the package.
CHECK-IN / OUT POLICY
- Check-in time is after 3:00 pm.
- Check-out time is before 12:00 noon. Extension of check-out time up to 3:00 pm will be subject to a surcharge of 50% of the applicable room rates. Check-out after 6:00 pm will be subjected to 1 night room charge. All extensions will be subjected to room availability only.
RESERVATIONS
- Groups reservations is subjected to the following procedures.
FORCE MAJEURE
- PIR will not be liable for refunds or losses/ damages, should the guest(s) not be able to enter or exit the island due to bad weather conditions or any accidents during the transfer to and from the island.
- PIR will not be obliged to provide food and accommodation should any force majeure event occur, including power outage, that makes the guest unable to exit the island. However, if so provided, will be subject to availability; terms and conditions apply.
CANCELLATION
- All reservation are non-refundable.
