- Day 2: Breakfast, then a snorkeling trip (to spots such as Shark Point, Turtle Point, Lighthouse), lunch, free and easy (swimming, relaxing, kayaking), evening tea, dinner or BBQ.
- Day 3: Breakfast, pack up, check‑out, and return boat transfer to Kuala Besut.

Tour Terms & Conditions
GENERAL TERMS
- All rates quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
- Any extension of stay will be on the guest’s own account.
- Should any Government authority in Malaysia increase or decrease the percentage of tax collected on room and/or meal rates and/or service charge, the hotel reserves the right to adjust the rates within the agreed period in accordance to alterations to the prevailing government tax and service charge.
- For low season our electricity supply for 12 hours only.
- 10.00 (Local) RM30.00 (Foreigner) per pax for Marine Park not include in package.
- 05.00 (local) RM30.00 (Foreigner) per pax for MAJLIS DAERAH BESUT not include in package.
CHECK-IN / OUT POLICY
- Check-in time is after 3:00 pm. The hotel cannot guarantee rooms prior to that.
- Check-out time is 11.30 am. Extension of check-out time up to 3:00 pm will be subject to a surcharge of 50% of the applicable room rates. Check-out after 6:00 pm will be subjected to one night’s room charge. All extensions will be based on room availability only.
RESERVATIONS
- Low Season (01 March – 30 March) - A room that has less than 20 units per day will provide only 12 hours of electricity and if more than 20 units per day will provide 24 hours of electricity.
BOOKING DEPOSIT
- All reservations will be on full payment basis if no prior credit arrangement is made with the hotel.
- For group reservations, deposit payment will be based on room and meal charges. The hotel reserves the right to forfeit deposit payments should the conditions in Clause 4 no be adhered to.
- All reservations must be on full payment before check-in.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW
- Every booking is Non Refundable.
Important note: - Our resort is not responsible for any cancellation of sea transfer, snorkeling trip and diving trip due to weather factor. Shari- la Island Resort will not compensate anything due to weather factor.
